Purpose

These terms and conditions of use define the terms of access and use of the ODGPROD website.

Site Access

The site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. ODGPROD reserves the right to modify or interrupt access to the site at any time without notice.

Playing Musical Content

The projects and tracks presented on the site are streamed using the embedded player from each artist's SoundCloud profile. ODG Prod does not host the audio files streamed from the site: these remain hosted by SoundCloud and are played directly from its servers.

Consequently:

• listens performed from the site are counted directly on the relevant artist's SoundCloud profile;
• playback is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of SoundCloud;
• the display of the player requires your consent to cookies of the 'External Content' category, as described in the Cookie Policy;
• ODG Prod cannot be held responsible for any unavailability, modification, or deletion of content pertaining to this third-party service.

Some content may be broadcast using equivalent third-party players, notably Bandcamp, following the same principles. Files offered for download from the site, where available, are, however, hosted directly by ODG Prod.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site (music, text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of ODGPROD and its artists. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Downloads

The downloads offered on this site are intended for strictly personal and non-commercial use. Any redistribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior agreement.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions of use are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
